HELP !! (freezez)

My MSI Sword 16 HX experiences freezes after prolonged use. When using YouTube, OmeTV, or Discord calls, the audio sometimes becomes continuous (“brrrr”) and the image freezes. In FIFA, the game may briefly freeze with a buzzing sound and then resume. On two occasions, the laptop became completely unresponsive after being idle, requiring a forced shutdown. I have already updated Windows, reinstalled Intel and NVIDIA drivers, disabled hardware acceleration, and tested the RAM with no errors found, but the issue persists. I am a student and need this computer for my studies. I am requesting an RMA.

Maybe you can try to reinstall the system.
