Help! I can´t find the right tpm 2.0 module for B550M Pro-VDH

can anybody help me out with this? I have tried a couple of different modules already and also turned on tpm in bios.

You don't need a discrete TPM module.
Just enable the firmware one.

thanks for the quick answer! I already enabled this option and as you can see in the screen shot my system doesent find any secruity device...

Is your BIOS up to date?
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B550M-PRO-VDH/support
After "Security Device Support" is enabled (AMD CPU fTPM), press the F10 key to save and exit BIOS. Reboot and you’ll see the TPM version.
