the board does not seem to come with flash bios button or multi-bios function, so your best shot is to clear CMOS and see if it can boot into bio somehow

You also try the boot block recovery method.
Boot block, part of BIOS that doesn't usually get updated so stays intact.

In the old days it took a floppy drive with MSI.ROM file. (File renamed)
But I think it has been updated to support USB drives.
Google it.

According to the manual (always the first thing you should look at), https://de.msi.com/Motherboard/support/PRESTIGE-X570-CREATION#down-manual

Code F8 means "Recovery PPI is not available". This is an error pretty early in the boot phase, during initialization. That's why you don't see anything on screen, it didn't get to that point yet where it displays something.

We can assume something went wrong during the BIOS update and now it's corrupt. That's why i would never update the BIOS from Windows. Always enter the BIOS, go to M-Flash, and flash the new BIOS there with the new BIOS file on an USB stick.

It seems that your board doesn't have a USB Flashback port or some other function to restore the BIOS. So you can only try a couple things. Remove all power, and short the Clear CMOS pins again. Take out the RAM and try to boot. If it's still stuck at F8, it's gonna be more difficult.

According to this post, the "MSI.ROM" trick doesn't work on this board, https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?threads/prestige-x570-creation-wont-post.332676/#post-1967497

You can contact that user and ask if he found a solution.

So that leaves very little options. I think you may have to contact MSI service and explain the situation, or contact the seller of the board. It was not your fault, you just used an MSI program that offered to update the BIOS. You didn't know that flashing the BIOS via M-Flash is always better. Maybe your system wasn't fully stable and the update failed because of that. We'll never know now. But if it never gets past F8 code, and you can't force-flash the BIOS, you're a bit stuck.

Amazon can either be the seller themselves ("Sold and shipped by Amazon") or they can just be a selling platform ("Sold and shipped by SHOP XY", "Sold by SHOP XY and shipped by Amazon").

Depending on those things, you either have to deal with Amazon (first case), or with the actual seller (latter cases). That's what they probably mean.

You could also do an RMA process, but this is then a warranty service from the manufacturer MSI, not the actual shop you bought it from. I would always try talking to the seller first, if the purchase date wasn't too long ago. If the purchase was a year ago or so, then it's better to talk to the manufacturer for a warranty claim.
