Help. MSI Z97m Gaming Motherboard

The computer was updating the new BIOS version via Live Update 6 and when my computer went to the reboot state, it wouldn't boot to windows or BIOS settings. The LED Debug on my motherboard read post1=2  and  post2=F. Is there anything I need to do to get it back up and running?

Place bios file over USB key, then turn it on and see if can recover
