Help! My other USB C slot doesn't work (The charging port)

Not that I need it for charging, but the charging slot for my Z17 Creator Pro USB C doesn't work anymore. I have an Anker power hub usb C, I have it plugged in and I notice it IS giving out power from the slot, but there is no feed that is able to transfer out or in from that slot. The other USB C works, and I have a docking station that is powered with it. But I need that spare slot to power one more HDMI because the docking station I have is having problems with this 2k monitor I have.

So a solution to get it to work is to use the Anker wire with the Anker docking station, use them both, but im having trouble getting the (power) usb c (top one) to work.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have tried
- Holding the power button for 60 seconds to reset batter, as well as holding the reset battery button from under the laptop.
- I went to device manager and I disabled turn of battery saver for the USB slots.


History with the slot is that I have used it with an EGPU enclosure, I let it power on my displays as well as charged the laptop, one day it just stopped working and I've ignored it for months.

Ddi you use the USB flash device to check if it is recognized via the faulty USB-C port? Not sure if you have USB recognization problem or PD charging problem.
Can you provide the video for reference?
Which model of laptop do you have? CreatorPro X17 -A12U?
The laptop only supports one USB-C with PD Charging. Another one does not support PD Charging basically.

Its the Z17, but yes, A12UHT
It might be both, I put the anker adapter in the faulty USB C slot, I got a light. But I can't use it properly in that slot. I switch the port to the working USB C slot, and that one works.

Here is a video of my problem:
The "Powered" Slot did work once before. I dont know if charging with it with the enclourse damaged it or not, or if windows updated or something.

1x Type-C (USB / DP / Thunderbolt™ 4) with PD charging
1x Type-C (USB / DP / Thunderbolt™ 4)
Send the laptop to check the hardware further.

I got a question with sending my laptop in.

So the warranty ends on the 18th, it takes like 5 days to ship it from long island NY to California. If i were to send it on the 17th, were the warranty be voided?
Also when should I expect to see my laptop again?
I have sent over my RTX 3090TI and I haven't got any updates on it yet. I think it was just delivered today.

Sorry, I am afraid that I can not provide you the answer. You can ask the service center directly.

The day you fill out the warranty is the day you made the claim, transit time does not matter. As long as you started the warranty claim before the warranty period expires your warranty will still be in effect.
