Help, please! Clean install of Win11 on MSI PRO DP21 = problems

Because Win11 Home edition did not allow set up without a Microsoft account (local, without internet connection) I first tried a reinstall from the PC. That is when I discovered that the Windows version that MSI had used did not allow set up without a Microsoft account. Microsoft's support gave directions for doing a clean install and I did so with the download from their site. This eliminated all the preinstalled drivers. I've tried installing all the driver downloads but now a privacy agreement pops up that cannot be "accepted" and thus, stop popping up AND I am unable to connect my Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, which had worked previously. I had tried getting help via chat to find a way to set up the PC without an MS account before I resorted to the clean reinstall from Midcrosoft, and have also asked for help in getting the right drivers reinstalled. Alas, the answer was to have never done a clean reinstall. Apparently MSI's drivers, etc were tied into the Windows version installed by MSI. All the support groups seem to be for gaming or tablets, etc, so if this is not the right forum to post for help, can you please point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Thank you. I used Rufus to help with this but it took many clean reinstalls before I finally realized I MUST NOT install MSI Center or any drivers from MSI. If did so, then each time I started my PC I would end up with the privacy agreement popping up. It didn't matter that I would scroll to the bottom of it, as instructed, before clicking that I agreed. That square was dead, inactive or whatever the proper term is, so it never registered. I had to keep closing the window. Also, to do a clean reinstall, perhaps because the MSI Pro had come with the Home Edition of Win11, it was imperative that I was connected to the internet during the installation. No way around it. But with Rufus and not installing MSI Center, I finally have a setup not associated with a Microsoft account. It bothers me that I can't install MSI Center but no one I chatted with for Tech Support had a solution so I'll have to be satisfied with things as they are. Thanks for taking time to reach out.

Tip: if you have no internet Connection and just need to Install Windows 11 you can Bypass the Need for an internet Connection

when it gets to the Screen that asks for a Internet Connection hold Shift+F10
that will Bring Up Command Prompt
type into it:
OOBE\BYPASSNRO
hit enter and the setup will restart but this time will give you a option to skip needing a network connection
