Help please

Hello my names Craig I have got an msi H81M-E33 motherboard with an intel pentium i3 cpu and my power supply is Corsair vs550 Is there anyone that can help me figure out where all the wires go and where to my case is and eg argon rgb atx case my having problems putting this back together because I brought this from eBay and it came damaged so I’ve had to buy a new cpu fan because it was broken is transit help would be appreciated thanks
