Hello.
I've bought today MSI Optix G27QC4, because i have the same monitor but in FHD (MSI Optix G27C4), beacause i was happy with the price/performance of this monitor. Now the G27QC4 is going to be my main monitor, the old FHD one will be a second screen. But the 1440p model has a problem, in every game, every couple of seconds there is a small freeze with "defect", please see this video in slow motion, the problem happens around 0:06 (see it in slow motion):

Monitor is plugged with DP cable from the box. This problem happens only while gaming.

My PC specs:
I9-9900k (stock)
MSI Mag Tomahawk Z390
16GB ddr4 corsair vengenace 3200Mhz cl 16
EVGA 1080 ti FTW3

Please help, im stumped. Is this a defect? Should I return this monitor?

1.Please modify some setting in NVIDIA control panel.

2.Please refer manual on chapter 2 for modifying some setting value first and then checking it again.
Game Mode: User
Response Time: Normal
Anti Motion Blur: OFF
FreeSync: OFF
Pro Mode: User
HDCR: OFF

Thank you for taking the time to help.

So i've already got the settings done when i've got the first panel couple of months ago :)

But I've already somewhat solved the problem - i've set my 1080p panel to 120hz (im not gaming on it anymore) and left the main QHD one to 165hz + freesync. Now all is working ok, no glitches etc. So now im wondering, is my 1080ti not powerfull enough (doubtfull) to provide 2 screens with 165hz refresh, or its normal behavior in this type of situation Oo

Anyway, thank you for the effort!
