Help, RTX 3080 12gb card throwing a VGA not detected LED.

Card was purchased new from newegg June 28th, 2022. The card is not even a year old! The card has been kept at factory settings and only used to play a few games on gamepass here and there. I mostly play Heroes of the Storm which barely uses that much of the card to begin with like 15% max at ultra settings. Is there a warranty on this card? I spent over $800 on this thing. I have an old 3gb 1060, a 1660S, and a 950 that work flawlessly still... what gives???

Edit: Card is a RTX 3080 Ventus 3x Plus 12GB LHR.
 
Reraising this thread. So I received the card back from MSI support June 28th. reinstalled the card and sure enough the card was working. All three displays were up and running. Enjoyed some gaming from time to time until last night. 7/29/2023 at midnight. Screens stuttered and all went black in the middle of a Heroes of the Storm ranked match (nice). Checked the motherboard and it is illuminating the VGA error led. Awesome. Same problem is back. I reinstalled my old 1060 3gb card and it works fine. The MSI RTX3080 12GB card is a lemon. See attached image. LED on again.

When I went to the member center and go to create a ticket, I get an error message. See attached image... Are they no longer supporting their products after they fix them one time? Am I stuck with an $800 brick (Correction $850 brick since I had to pay the shipping)?

I need someone from MSI Support to contact me.

With the new card does it have the same Serial number as it will be linked to your origin card serial

It is indeed the same card. Same serial number.
Your USA by the looks of it so call them
