Hello folks. I got this laptop refurbished about a year ago and everything worked well, until my cat dropped it from my desk while plugged and broke the charge connector. I got it fixed but at the begining the screen would not turn on, but suddenly it started working.

That was about a month and a half, and two weeks ago it started acting up, suddenly when I moved the laptop the screen would go to black or it would stay on but still, and the image would glitch with black and RGB pixels.

When trying to turn it on, the screen sometimes would not give any image (but the keyboard would turn on and work, same as the fan), sometimes it would go to the BIOS for no reason and most of the time it would give me a blue screen (after BIOS, directly after start up, while on the MSI loading screen, or sometimes it would turn on for a couple minutes then suddenly go blue); some of the codes it showed were: System Thread Exception Not Handled, Page Fault in Non Paged Area, Kmode Exception Not Handled. I got it to work by (I think?) messing around with the screen's position until It didn't go to the blue screen, until a couple days ago when the screen would simply not give any image no matter what I did.

From what I looked up I thought it could be a RAM issue, so today I decided to open the inside of the laptop, check the RAMs' (the original 8GB one + a 4GB expansion) placement (I took them out and put them back in) and also check if there was anything disconnected or weird that could be causing the issue, but it didn't work. Could it be the connection to the screen that's faulty? o could it be another piece that's not working correctly? I would appreciate any information.

(Also sorry for any mistakes in my posts, english is not my first language and I'm not familiar with some technical words)

Did you try to connect to the external monitor to check if you have the faulty display?
You also can enter BIOS to check if you can see the screen on the built-in display.
If it is the hardware issue, try to perform an EC reset to check if it can be resolved.

The HDMI input doesn't work so sadly I can't try connecting a monitor. When the screen doesn't turn on it won't give any image when I attempt to enter the BIOS, and I also attempted the EC reset a couple of times with no difference.

Unfortunately, if you can not see the screen on the built-in display or the external monitor, there are not many troubleshooting recommendations available in this situation.
In this case, the problem is likely a hardware-related issue; you have to contact the local service center for repair.

Can my MSI Modern 14 B5M can charge using my power bank(130watts) has pd and pps charging protocol and using an adaptor type c to 4.5*3.0mm pin to connect my power bank and laptop?
