HERALD-BE WIFI 7 MAX Not Detected

I'm having issues getting the Wi-Fi portion of this card to be detected. Bluetooth works fine, but not Wi-Fi, it doesn't appear in Device Manager at all. There are limited Wi-Fi 7 options for AMD, so I'd really like to figure out how to get this working.

System Info:
AMD RYZEN 9 9950X
ASUS PRIME X870-P
ASUS PRIME RX9070XT
Windows 11 Home

What I've tried:
Disabled onboard Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
Flashed BIOS with most recent update
Tried different PCIe slots
Tried different antenna (shouldn't really make a difference since it doesn't even show up in device manger)
CMOS BIOS reset

Could you confirm the USB cable are connected from the Wi-Fi PCIe Card's USB conenctor to the USB 2.0 connector of the mainboard?

I would suggest you create a new post, list your full hardware configuration and what troubleshooting have you tried?
