Herald BE9400 Bluetooth not connecting

I've just installed WiFi 7 PCIe Card, Herald 9400, into a my PC. after installing drivers WiFi and Bluetooth are showing up as working. WiFi is fine and working well. Bluetooth is showing as working but no devices are being found and the Bluetooth is not being fond from other devices.

Please help!

I have a ASRock Z690 PG Riptide motherboard with an i7-12700KF CPU

Signal may be blocked or weak. Check that the Aerial Connections are fully seated and the centre pin has not been bent
