I have Ge76 Raider 10Ug had a display horizontal lines on bottom of display appearing and disappearing randomly while windows startup for a few seconds or changing screen refresh rate from 60hz to 300hz (not showing on 60Hz) after changing project mode to another display (lines not Showen on another display) lines back again once back to laptop display , i tried to fix it with clean installation of graphics DRivers Intel & Nvidia by ddu ( oem driver or intel & Nvidia website) and also clean windows installation 10 & 11 , updating bios , Ac & Vbios not fixed ,

Note : line doesn't appear on Bios or safe mode or windows installation process once installing graphics drivers lines appearing

if i changed to discrete mode lines do not appear always like as mshybrid mode ( with Mshybird lines showen every restart or every changing project mode or change refresh rate from 60hz to 300hz but with discrete mode can happened 1 time over 4 time of changes )

attached photo of screen issue

Try to reinstall Intel graphics driver and Nvida graphics driver.
It is recommended to have the version from MSI website.
If you still have the same issue, you can enter BIOS mode or connect to the external monitor to check.

I already did all of that
Install nvidia and intel from msi site not fixed
From nvidia and intel website not fixed
From windows update not fixed
Windows recovery not fixed
Lines not appearing on bios and also in safe mode

Do you try to connect to the external monitor to check?
Do you mean the line did not appear in BIOS mode? Can you provide the picture for reference?

If you do not see in BIOS mode and external monitor, it is related to built-in monitor.
It is recommended to send the laptop to the local service center to check further.

thx for your replay, but no service center support for msi in my country "Egypt "

OK yep Gray imports are a problem with the Warranty
I have a couple of PC laptops that are not sold in Australia so are classed as grey imports and have no Warranty. I got both from Amazon USA.

so what we can do now ??

All you can do is ask if they will support the International Warranty but not much luck if you were not in the USA when you purchased them and returned back to Egypt with them.

You would most likely have to contact MSI USA about the warranty and cover the cost of shipping.

Not supported international warranty ,
The cost of sending it to America will be very expensive

I've the same problem on my Wife's computer.
1) When booting into BIOS, no problem
2) When under windows on the desktop (or windowed applications), the bars eat from 50% to 80% of the taskbar if refresh is at 360Hz and about 15-20% of the taskbar if refresh is at 60Hz. After a reboot in 360Hz, the problem may be more or less present but stay stable until next reboot (or refresh-switch).
3) When under windows in MSHybrid mode, in a Game making use of the nVidia, the bars stay at the same place
4) When under windows in Discrete mode, in a Game making use of the nVidia, the screen is perfect, no more artifacts.
5) Drivers both for iGPU and nVidia updated to most recent one, it didn't change anything.

The problem is clearly linked to the iGPU as when the video signal don't go through it, there is no problem.

Temporary fix : switch the Windows Desktop mode to 60Hz and in MSI Center, activate the Discrete mode for GPU switching.

my temporary fix, switch to discrete mode and from NVidia control panel, resolution I downgrade it from 300HZ to 260hz or less line disappearing, so issue related to laptop display.
