How can EdgeXpert be configured in an environment without either wireless or wired network access?

Our company does not allow wireless networking due to security policies.
Connecting to the internal corporate network requires an SSL certificate, which is not yet installed on brand-new machines, so they cannot access the intranet.
Does the EdgeXpert installation and setup process require a wireless network connection, and will the installation fail if the device is not connected to Wi-Fi?
 
I met similar issue before, the system cannot connect to the intranet or internet due to missing internal SSL certificates while Wi-Fi is not available,
you can bypass the issue using the steps below:
  • * Plug in the RJ45 Ethernet cable before powering on the system.
  • * Press the power button and follow the screen instructions. At this stage, the system will not be able to access the network yet.
  • * After entering DGX OS, install the required certificates and complete the necessary configuration
 
EdgeXpert Installation and Configuration
A wireless network (Wi-Fi) connection is not a mandatory requirement during the process.
EdgeXpert is an industrial IoT platform primarily installed and operated in a wired LAN (Ethernet) environment.
