How can I fix these readings. The core speed reads jibberish as well as the ratio.

You're probably still using the ancient Control Center from circa 2013? It probably is not compatible with Windows 10.

Nowadays MSI offers Dragon Center, but i don't like it. I do everything in the BIOS.

I would suggest looking at a few newer board models' support pages, to find a newer version of Control Center.

The simple answer here is to uninstall control center and use HWINFO64 instead.
Control Center really wasn't made for Windows 10.

Thanks guys for the reply. Yep I think thats it, I upgraded to Win 10 earlier this year just like everyone else that waited to the last minute. I'll have to try that HWINFO64.
