Hello, how can I improve the cooling of my system? I've added some pictures of my system so you can get an idea.
The guy at the store put the 1300rpm Lian Li fan as a rear exhaust and the 2x GamerStorm fans as an intake in the top of my case.
Fan models are...
Front: CORSAIR iCUE SP120 RGB ELITE (1500rpm max, PWM)
Top: GamerStorm TF120S (1500rpm max, PWM)
Rear: Lian Li 1300rpm, DC (no-PWM)

So, I've took the 1300rpm fan out of the case and moved one of the TF120S fans to the rear as an exhaust and flipped the other fan so it's an exhaust also. Now the heat gets blown out of the back and top and the mounting spot on the top front is empty so the cool air from the 3 front intake fans don't get blown out before it hits the CPU cooler.

You don't really want to be pulling air in from under your PC, that's a good way to fill your case with dust, and dust is bad. What temperatures are you getting? The only way you could possibly make your system cooler would be with an AIO liquid cooler.

The air from underneath the PC is the intake vent from my power supply. It's protected by a removable filter in my case. I just pulled it out the other day and it was surprisingly clean.
Average idle temps are around 33c to 44c. Sometimes when I leave it at the desktop with nothing running in the background, it drops to 31c.
After one Cinebench (Multicore) test, it maxed out at 84c and dropped rather quickly once the test was completed.

What are most people using with the Ryzen 5600x? Air cooling or liquid?
Normal BOX cooler will work with the 5600X to keep it cool

Well one thing remove the Glass panel on the front not much Air going in that way

You will not get your system any cooler than that in my opinion. mine sits at around 31-34c depending on the ambient temperature of the room can go up to the mid 40's on really hot days, an as low at 27c in the winter, my CPU is liquid cooled with an AIO, so you can see the difference and make the choice for your self if you feel you need to switch to an AIO.

I'm not really a fan of these DeepCool GamerStorm fans. Sure, they work great but once they hit the full RPM, they're kinda loud. My system sounds like a jet taking off. HAHA!
I was thinking of adding some more RGB lights to my system anyway, so would there be any advantages of swapping out the 120mm top fan to an 140mm fan? I was thinking of adding a Corsair SP140RGB. The rear fan mount in the case only supports a 120mm fan. However, I do like the 3x 120mm intake fans in the front of my case.

Not really. If you really want to quieten down your PC, then a swap to an AIO could help reduce noise.
