Are there any X570 motherboard that have this capability in BIOS?
As far as I can see WiFi/Bluetooth is integrated into X570 (I just googled no more than 2 minutes) so maybe AMD didn't build power off capability of this component into X570?

I checked my what my ACE x570 with the latest beta BIOS has to say about this. The option to disable WiFi is still there. I don't remember ever seeing direct mention of BT, but I suppose it's on the same chip, so that would explain it. Disable WiFi in BIOS and lose BT at the same time. Not the best solution, but...

Can be found under Settings => Advanced => Integrated Peripherals.

Does anyone know where on this motherboard the wifi card is? Because if I can locate where the card is then I can replace it. Or is it soldered on?

Yep where the aerials are is a small M,2 card in there most fiddly bit is connecting the aerial connections to the card. Oh and stripping your PC down to get to it
