How do you know if you are in triple channel mode.

I am at work right now and cannot get into my system.  I know I can probably go look in Bios but is there a way to check it from Windows?

MSI Eclipse SLI X58
6 Gigs Crucial ram matched to the MoBo using the crucial matching system on the crucial website.
Antec P190 Case (Dual power supplies for a total of 1.2 KW of power)
Intel Core I7 2.66
Creative Extreme Gamer Edition PCI E sound card
Mcaffee
BFG 260 GTX
Coolmaster V8 cooler (CPU under stress runs about 70f well below the max of 208f)

Download and start CPU-Z (latest version) and click on the "memory" tab.

According to the manual, as long as you populate (Black Slots) slot #2 (AO), slot #4 (BO), & slot #6 (CO), & beyond, you will be in triple channel mode. As J.T.N. suggests, CPU-Z will confirm it.
