I am afraid that you won't get the answer here since MSI laptop does not support Linux.

I have and currently work on a PC (yes, I know it's not a notebook :) ) MSI MPG Z790 Carbon WIFI DDR5 motherboard. Everything works well. WiFi without any problems. Linux communicates with the motherboard and reads data from it like sensors. Built-in AUDIO, USB, etc.

But OpenRGB cannot manipulate motherboard LEDs. OpenRGB has seen the correct model of the motherboard, but any modification is not accepted by this board... So I can live without having full control of the LEDs because other things work fine.

And so... MSI doesn't directly support Linux OS, and living on MSI stuff can be not easy with this kind of OS. But only if you need something unusual - with all devices working in standards you don't need extra drivers.

Please keep it mind that I'm just simple user :)

I’m one of those Linux users with an MSI Laptop, one of the latest Stealth 16 Studio to be exactly, I’m having a very good experience, less noise and heat than Windows, excellent battery life, and almost everything worked out of the box, except for the WiFi Adapter but with some tweaks it will work.
I’m using EndeavourOS (an Arch variant) and it works like a charm!
