how long for msi support answer

It's the last day of blackfriday and my coreliquid 360R is not working anymore... I ask for a replacement yesterday, is there a chance that they will answer until tonight ??

Most likely, no.
If I'm perfectly honest.....I wouldn't recommend the MSI liquid coolers.
There's a reason my gaming PC still has a Corsair AiO cooler and not an MSI one.....and that's from someone that is an MSI enthusiast.

Also depending on your Location, In Australia, any Complaints or Tickets I have lodged are handled by the Local AU office, and well I reckon they are about the fastest on the Planet I have yet to have a ticket take more than 24 hours to be answered most are answered same working day.

Mine was too noisy, worked well with cooling but too much noise, And since I had a chance thanks to my Nephew doing a Swap for me Be quiet TF Cooler Air cooled for a Be Quiet 280 I took it.
