How many amps can the fan header handle?

I'm installing a Xpower big bang motherboard in a Silverstone FT02 case.  The case uses 3 180mm fans rated at 12v .45 amps each.  Does anyone know what the fan headers are rated at?

... may be too much current load (3 x .45A = 1.35A).

Yep, agree with Jack. Usually, it is 1 amphere max for the whole board's fan circuit. That is the reason why most add on fans comes with a molex for you to power via your PSU.
