How to change SMBIOS values on MSI PRO B650-VC WIFI?

I am referring to the manufacturer and product id fields. I dont see hex fields in a BIOS update file. I used the ImHex hex editor on Arch Linux to check for those fields in the update file, but there appear to be none.

I updated my BIOS and I would like to customize the values, I like to customize stuff but usually not at this level.
