How to Completely Erase Data From My PC Before Selling It?

I want to sell my old PC as i planning to buy a new one. I purchased this PC 12 years ago. and now, it's parts are coming out, and not properly working. Before selling it, I want to make sure that all personal data is wiped permanently. so, that it does not go into the wrong hands.
Please Suggest me any tool for data erasure?
