How to upgrade my VGA card (MS8850) offline...

Sorry Bela, this is no helping answer
I've tried this Live Update software and it recognizes 1 new BIOS, 2 Drivers and 8 Utils for my MS8850-VT. So I click "Next" and it sais "Couldn't update your BIOS - try manually" (translated from german). I found a flash utility and a N8850MS.103 file (the BIOS itself I think). This program doesn't work in real DOS mode (Win98 Start-Disk) so I tried in a command line window of Win98 and WinXPPro - doesn't work for all used options.
So I ask your question too.
I do this because I think that I finally can install later drivers (>23.11/21.83) WITH Video functionality after this BIOS Update.
I this so ?!? If not I can forget the BIOS update either..

I found in the old forum one link, but lost!!
after download bios software and bios image I succesfully update my vga card bios!!
I send you an email..
but I don't know I have the latest bios?
