Update both to the latest version:

Regarding the BIOS Update:  Do not use M-Flash or MSI Live Update but >>Use the MSI HQ Forum USB flasher<<.

why cant I use the live update or the mflash?

MSI Live Update:  Updating the BIOS in a Windows environment is per definition the most riskiest thing you can do.  Windows consists of a big pile of processes, services, background applications and drivers.  If one of those crashes during the BIOS Update Procedure, this could potentially interfere with the process and render your system useless until the BIOS Chip is externally reprogrammed.  DOS on the other hand (and that is where you should flash) consists in its simplest version of a small kernel and a command line interpreter (a lot (!) less factors involved in the equation.  If you are willing to put your hand into the fire for a believing that Windows (in whatever flavor) is an entirely stable and once and for crash-free operating system, then go ahead and use MSI Live Update.  If you don't believe that this is the case, don't use that tool.

M-Flash:  This routine has a history of programming flaws that lead to in-operatable motherbards due to bad BIOS Flashes.  I recommend not to take a risk here.

I havent any pendrive at home now..

Well, nobody forces you do update the BIOS NOW.  Install the latest version of that tool and see how that goes.  Perhaps that is already all it takes.

If you know how to fit a 4MB BIOS File on a 1.44 MB Floppy disk, yes, you could.  ;)

Whatever you can use to boot DOS from (whatever is DOS-bootable) could be used for the flash.

so the floppy-method is good? how can i install the flash to the floppy? :$ im not a genius about this things :/

Jack was being humorous.  You can not fit a 4MB file on a floppy that can only hold 1.44MB.  That's like trying to fit 4 liters(or quarts) into a 1.44 liter(or 1.44 quart container)--you can't.  Even if you could compress the file, zip, rar, etc., so it could fit, the flasher couldn't decompress it.
