Step 1
If you want to factory reset the laptop, you need to access the Windows troubleshoot screen. To access that, press the F3 once you boot up the laptop, then click troubleshoot.

Choose Restore MSI factory settings

Choose System Partition Recovery

Step 4
Press yes to start the recovery
