How to install extra SATA drive

Hi
I have 2 SATA drives to install. I see the ribbon cable with the power connectors for the 3 open bays but cannot find where the cable and connector is coming from the Mother Board to hook up to the other connection on the drives.

There were cables that came with the computer but none have the right connector. Need to know what cable I need and where to connect it.

Have another issue that is strange. Bought this from Best Buy. They updated everything, intalled Office, etc. and I picked it up yesterday. Brought it home unpacked the box. Hooked it up to power, plugged in a HDMI cable to my monitor, plugged in the keyboard and mouse, turned it on. It is running but no signal to the monitor. Any ideas?
