Searched but found nothing online about how to open the back of my all-in-one to upgrade memory (only has 8 GB). Any help would be appreciated.

thanks for starting this thread! I also couldn’t find any instructions online about opening the PRO AP242 23.8″ AIO to upgrade its RAM. Does anyone know if there's a hidden panel, use of snap-in clips, or if it requires screws? Any guidance would be really helpful!

Unfortunately, it's next to impossible to get support from MSI, and trying to get help via this forum is really no use. This is the reason I'm a fan of ASUS because my experience has been the opposite!!
