Hey yall. Im pretty much new to this whole overclocking thing, and I want to be able to boost my CPU from the standard max of 5200mhz to a good 600 mhz, can anyone help me/ guide me through it please.. ;-;

600 or 800 MHz overclocks on such a CPU are not possible anymore nowadays, it's totally out of the question. They don't leave much free performance on the table anymore, each CPU model is already pushed relatively far from factory. Plus, no AMD CPU reaches 6 GHz anyway, only Intel could manage that (for the long time, this was their only chance to compete with AMD).

With this CPU, you will be very much temperature-limited in how you can push it further, because you would have to add voltage at some point, which makes it heat up more, and the temperature ultimately limits the voltage you can add. This is the same story for almost any CPU, the heyday of CPU overclocking is well and truly over. For AM5, most people who want to eke out a bit more will settle for maybe a slight bump via PBO with a negative Curve Optimizer, like -30. And of course, it helps a lot if you have a good cooler.

You can see a bit how this works here, for example:
