Good luck. I called their US branch and had to wait for five minutes before suddenly being forced to a voice mail. That really pissed me off. I went ahead and filled out the RMA forms and mailed my mobo off. They eventually called back but I was out shipping it. I called back later in the day regarding my RMA and got someone who obviously had no tech experience and was trying to rush me off the phone. The RMA forms give you selected options for what is wrong with the board but they are all cryptic none of them fit my problem so when I printed out the RMA I just wrote it on there. Make sure when you ship the package the RMA is attached on the outside. MSI claims that they will return to sender if its not attached outside. Obviously they don't have time to open boxes. :nooo:

kincomer1, putting the RMA slip on the outside of a box is standard for most manufacturers.  Some state that you can put the RMA # as part of the label.  No manufacturer has time to open the multitude of boxes without an invoice on the outside or the RMA slip.  Manufacturers/businesses(large) receive hundreds of boxes a day--supplies, inventory, and, yes, RMAs.

@mechsner,  I hope your right.  It starts at the top and our previous Government administration wasn't too good at service so maybe the new will set an example.  Over here its all about taking money and moving to the next customer.  Most business's feel if people are unhappy it won't matter cause there will be 5 more customers.  Maybe now there won't be, if the cust service and attitude don't change.  I live in California and all I can say is people want, want, want so bad that they forgot how to give. :emot-tip-wink:
