How to register a gift

Hello recently someone I know offered me a mag coreliquid 240R V2 for my birth day how can i register it because it is a gift i do not have the facture, i can ask to the person who buy it but he will not want me to know the price of it. So I think that you have to get something for gift
 
The purchaser could register it. Should something go wrong with it, they could help navigate support for it.

Possible for them to get a gift receipt from the place of purchase using the original as proof?

No, he can not, he does not have an account in MSI and he purchases it for me no for him.

Also option they give you a copy receipt with the price marked out.
