Hello, we are trying to a fresh windows 11 install on this MSI laptop because the existing install because it is bitlocker encrypted and we can't access but it was old and needed reinstalling anyway.
When I plug in the bootable USB and try to choose a disk to install it on, the NVME drive in the laptop is not available and there is an error saying "setup does not support configuration of or installation to disks connected through a usb or IEEE 1394 port"
None of the options in BIOS seem to change this. there is an option called "Enable VMD controller" but it's greyed out.
