All RMA options exclude support for this controller, in the drop downs available it has support for GAMING BACKPACKS but nothing for this.
Registered on the site, registered my product - went to submit a support ticket instead and got redirected to an error page.
The right analog stick has lost function moving up and down within only two months of owning it. Has anyone else tried to get service on one of these before?
