how to undervolt MSI GE66 12UGS ?

hello,
I have a problem of overheating with my laptop. In game my CPU temperature is 95°C and I noticed that the CPU doesn't activate BOOST because is too hot.
So, I want to undervolt my laptop to reduce temperature but option are lock on throttlestop. So I want to unlock undervolt in the BIOS but the only option is : 'eneable overclocking feature' but it doesn't unlock undervolting.
Can you tell me how to unlock undervolt ?

You no longer can UV 12th Gen laptops, because the offset option has been disabled.
MS has blocked it in Windows 11 with the help of Intel.
MSI has done nothing to correct this, since they prefer to keep this option only for i9, 13th Gen users.

If you want to reduce your heat, you must use another option.
In BIOS there is other options or a laptop stand/cooler or reduce Mhz and TPL.

Not in this menu. You need "Config TDP Configuration" menu. Maybe You also need to unlock overclocking fiches in advanced menu.
You have to read PL1/PL2 from docs for your CPU.
You also need to make sure your cooling system is clean, works properly (thermal pipes) and has good thermal interfaces.

I have i 7 12700h do i need to put same settings
