How to update MSI 970A-G46 bios without Windows?

Hello, I have an MSI 970A-G46 motherboard and I want to use an SSD as my boot drive. However, my bios does not recognize my SSD because it is version 1.xx. I have tried to update my bios using the 7693v2x.exe files from the MSI website, but they require Windows to run and I do not have Windows installed. How can I update my bios without Windows? Is there a bios file that I can use with M-FLASH? Thank you for your assistance.

You can run that from pure DOS too.
