How to use MSI SUPERCHARGER?

My "supercharger" feature is turned on in my MSI Center program, my question is how can I use this feature? Will this feature be active only when I plug my phone charger into the usb 3.1 port on the top of my case?

My Motherboard: MSI H310M PRO-VD PLUS

Hello again, yes, I saw that a black cable was plugged into the jusb1 section of my motherboard. There are a few free usb ports on the back, how do I know which one has the supercharger feature?
There are 2 normal usb ports and a usb 3.0 port on the front port of my case.

So do I need to download the software to use this supercharging feature? Because it says Supercharger is already running in MSI Center app. Also, which port on the front of my case should I use to use this supercharger feature? If already running from msi center, then no need to install it separately.

Use the one who is connected to the JUSB1.
