How to use two graphics cards (MSI NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 2GD3 LP and MSI GeForce RTX 3060 VENTUS 3X) with asus TUF Gaming B550-Plus

Hello,
I just bought a GeForce RTX 3060 VENTUS 3X 12GB graphics card and I previously used a MSI NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 2GD3 LP.
Now, I have the following setup:
Windows 10 (Just did an software update today)
ASUS TUF GAMING B550-PLUS (WI-FI) Motherboard
MSI NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 2GD3 LP
MSI GeForce RTX 3060 VENTUS 3X
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
16 GB of memory

I would like to use the 3060 for machine learning and the GT 710 for the display. Is that possible?
Currently only the 3060 is working when the I have both the graphics cards installed on the motherboard

Sounds more of a ASUS Motherboard Problem, not a MSI one
