I applied for the Powered by MSI promotion, but I haven't received anything even after providing the invoice and picture of the pc. And now it is done

I have provided a full invoice and a picture of the pc for the promotion and have not gotten a response about it. And now that the promotion has expired, I still haven't received a steam gift card.
 
I also provided 2 full invoices, as the first one didn't fully list the amount of the Steam gift card, and a photo of the pc all before the promotion was supposed to expire and I also haven't received the steam gift card. At this point I feel like MSI Australia have tricked me into purchasing their products.

I feel the same way. I completed the required promotion, sent in the invoice and photos, all by November 30th. I have waited over a fortnight with no response. Now I see "expired" on the pages. We, as consumers, have done nothing wrong, yet MSI will probably not follow through, even though it is their fault. I hope they prove us wrong and follow through on their promotion

Same situation, the redemption page just says expired despite me jumping through all their hoops and submitting before the deadline. Had a quick look at the Discord and didn't see any relevant questions or anyone discussing it, so will probably pursue this through other channels. At least being in AU we have the ACCC, hopefully it won't have to go that far.
 
Same here, they said the steam code amount wasn't shown on the invoice when it was, I instantly resubmitted and a week later the promotion has expired... I spent extra money to get MSI specific components so I really hope this gets resolved. Have contacted them via phone and email already.
 
Hey everyone, I received responses back from a web ticket and a direct email.
The web ticket response said that they had my application and the indication of the promotion being finished doesn't affect my application and that it was still being processed.
The email response said that they were swamped with applications, had run out of steam codes and were ordering more which they are still waiting for. I suggest getting into contact whichever way you can so they can check your applications and so that you have written confirmation about the situation.
The Web ticket can be frustrating and took me multiple attempts to make work. I also needed to bump it once to get an actual response.

Now they are closing for Christmas holidays, so we have to wait at least another 2 weeks... Missing on both steam sales. Really terrible management of the promotion - unsure why they didn't anticipate something like this happening. Incompetence is off the charts!
 
I bought it from somewhere else, did the gift codes arrive within an hour But MSI still hasn't sent anything for a few days, this company doesn't seem like a reliable company to me.
 
I've just received mine. However 3 of the 10 steam wallet codes were not working. Not sure if this is some sort of joke by MSI
 
About 85 AUD for me once converted; slightly glad i'm not the only one affected but that's just shocking!
 
I haven't received anything yet, despite keeping a web ticket open and emailing directly. Sent off another email today. At this point we should be invoicing them for wasting our time.

Maybe harassment isn't the right way forward. I wouldn't give you a code myself 😂 But yes, chase them til you get what you were promised by a promotion.
 
Just had a chat with them over the phone, sounds like a known issue. I'll give them the grace of the holiday period and follow up in a couple of weeks. Sit tight everyone.
