I applied for the Powered by MSI promotion, but I haven't received anything even after providing the invoice and picture of the pc. And now it is done

Maybe harassment isn't the right way forward. I wouldn't give you a code myself
First, they run out of Codes, So get the replacement codes in TND. That is a Good move on their part :pompom: :pompom:
But then this
Issue codes to customers with the incorrect USA Value by about 40% less
Once codes were sent out customers found that three of the eight codes received were invalid not once not twice but several times.
 
Just to let everyone know, my steam codes came in yesterday after opening/wrestling another web ticket. I got 8 codes in total, they all worked and added up to the right amount for $120 USD. Converted to, approximately, the right amount of AUD once the codes were entered into Steam. I hope everyone else is having success with their applications and I recommend reminding them that you exist. Cheers!
 
I've got the same problem with the added bonus that there is no information in french... Even the web ticket are in english (when the page is functionnal). I’m quite surprised by the lack of informations. If I wasn’t able to understand a bit of english, I wouldn't even know about the registration of product. Now the promotion is done and I don't have many hope...

Just had a chat with them over the phone, sounds like a known issue. I'll give them the grace of the holiday period and follow up in a couple of weeks. Sit tight everyone.
Did you ever hear back from them? I am asking because I am still waiting on the steam gift cards, and have not received a reply when tried to follow up.
