I can't find my laptop model.

Recently I've been thinking about updating my bios and things for my laptop I got in 2020, because I've been having weird software issues (Examples: The microphone is very quiet while set at 100%, and the Microsoft Get Help app isn't functioning, even after reinstalling it). The most I've been able to narrow it down to is a GF65 Thin 10SDR (MS-16W1) with a 10th gen intel and gtx.

I think I've found the laptop on the msi website linked here, but it lists three models:
  • - GF65 THIN 10SDR-458
  • - GF65 THIN 10SDR-459
  • - GF65 THIN 10SDR-1026
The only things I can't find are the last numbers of the model name. I tried to find them on the physical stickers on the laptop, and through windows, but I was unsuccessful. I think it's either a 458 or 459, because I have 8 gigs of ddr4 and a 512 gb ssd. According to the specs page, the 458 and 459 models only have one difference, which is the manufacturer part number (I'm not sure what that is).

I just wanted to be cautious and make sure I don't download things for the wrong model, in case they aren't compatible with my laptop. How can I figure out which model I need to select?

Update:
I think I might've found what I'm looking for: https://www.msi.com/Laptop/GF65-Thin-10SX-GTX/support?sub_product=GF65-Thin-10SDR

The models it lists are:
- GF65 THIN 10SD
- GF65 THIN 10SDR
- GF65 THIN 10SCSXR

I couldn't find this page until now, because apparently it doesn't exist on my local website (us.msi.com). I had to use the global site to find this.

I have confidence that this is where I should be downloading from, because System Information, or any other thing I used trying to find the name, clearly says GF65 THIN 10SDR, without any extra numbers at the end.

Just to be extra sure, can anyone confirm that this is the correct site?

Go into your BIOS and see what the naming is of the current BIOS that you are running, will help to tell if this is the one you need.

The BIOS file is the same for the three model numbers you linked in the first post.

It never even occurred to me to check the names and dates of those files.

It looks like all of the four models I linked have the same exact one. My current one has the same name (E16W1IMS.50C), and it's dated a bit earlier (11/19/2020).

Still waiting for an answer.

The sticker labels it as a 10SDR-645US if that helps at all.
You are on the latest one, there is nothing to update to. Just do the ME Firmware one that is listed in the link above.
