I can't get msi $11 steam wallet code

I requested the wallet code and put it on hold, then when I came to the home page and looked, it was not used in argentina, russia and turkey, I live in turkey, I don't know what to do when this code comes

I won from the Twitch live stream and it is not activating. In the e-mail they sent me, they wrote that the game companies constantly change their policy and therefore the code may not work. They do not specify the country when giveaway. That's why we're having trouble. A few countries are unable to participate in MSI's latest giveaways. I understand physical products but I don't understand why they behave like this on wallet codes.

Sadly, not much anyone here can really do.
Most of that goes through the marketing and promotions departments, and we (moderators) have zero contact with them. The contacts that we do have are FAE's in Taiwan, so if it was from the MSI Gaming (USA) stream from yesterday, you'd really have to be reaching out to them about it. I was watching it too actually, but that's also why I don't ever bother with any of the giveaways.....ultimately they always seem to get screwed up, and personally, I think that the 'constantly changing policy' excuse is bullshit, but that's just me and my opinion on it......

I just saw the message. Sorry. I won from the MSI broadcast on Thursday. I wrote that maybe someone can find a solution. They have not yet responded to the e-mail I sent and I don't think they will. I had such a problem once again. At that time, the Greenmangaming wallet balance was gifted. They may not be helpful this time. Because they stated in the e-mail that the wallet code may not work. I hope they find a permanent solution.

On the next Stream Message them in the chat and advice them it is broken Wednesday or Casual Friday stream they may be able to get it sorted

They didn't send the code, at least I expected to trade with my friend It is really sad that the content in other green gaming 12 dollar code cannot be used in turkey
