I can't hear

I have a problem with my MSI laptop.
I can't hear anything, of course I've checked that the speakers are turned on.
The only way I can hear is when I uninstall the Realtek drivers.
But after a while the sound stops working again.

You should share the model name first. And check for the drivers listed on MSI website for your laptop, make sure you've installed all of the audio related drivers.

Completely uninstall the audio drivers (also checking the box to remove the software), restart your computer, then manually install the latest version from the MSI website (not via Windows Update). Next, disable automatic driver reinstallation by Windows to prevent it from replacing your current version.
