My RAM is Trident Z5 NEO CL32 6000MHz with high voltage mode enabled and Expo disabled, but despite trying many times, I can't increase the RAM voltage to 1.4 volts. The SOC voltage increases, but the DRAM voltage doesn't. The BIOS is the latest version.
