I can't register my products.

I have bought 1 MSI laptop with 2 external monitors, the laptop has been successfully registered, but the monitors have not.
On the web they said an error ocurred, on MSI center I can't even choose the store name, it freeze.
Plus I have problem when I try to submit store name on the web, they can't let us write it by ourself, only let us choose the available one on the list (what a stupid), my store didn't available there.
