I've sent this to MSI via RMA, it came back, same issue.

Does anyone have a suggestion? Could it be my computer specs?

that game is known to do that on both Nvidia and AMD GPU's as its very buggy.

1: have you tried disabling the game overlay in the Nvidia control Panel?
2: what GPU driver you using?

Gee when a game suggest it is best to run in safe mode I think it would be time to get a refund on that game

ever since it came back from MSI RMA
Been having a lot of problems with this card.

My friend is the only one who can test it, he said he has a PSU power supply that should work with it, because micro center said it would.
Microcenter has tested it on their rigs, they benchmarked it with a tool, but they have never tried to play games with the card.

If you sure it's the card and not something else in your PC, then RMA it again to them.
