I dont see my Tomb raider code when registed VGA

Today, i bought MSI GTX970, and  registed it to redeem Tomb raider code, but when i done reg, and check my promotion, it have nothing, no redeem button or something like that.

It only  have word " Limit one per qualifying promotion redeem Purchased product. MSI reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of These promotions".

Where did you purchase the card from? 
If you didn't buy it from Amazon, B&H, Fry's, Microcenter, Newegg, or Tigerdirect, then you probably won't get it.
And since it seems it's limited to certain places when you purchase it, most likely you will get a code in the box or package with it.

i bought it from Reseller in VietNam.  i was contact them, but they dont have idea about my error and suggest me to contact MSI support.

Of course they don't know about the offer. Did you read what I said above? If it wasn't from one of the sellers listed above, they won't be providing you with a key.

I didn't think they were supposed to, because MSI shows that if you register your product, they will provide a code - https://register.msi.com/page/how_to_redeem - and it shows Fry's as one of the retailers included in the promotion - http://event.msicomputer.com/tombraider2016/

I registered the card with MSI on 2/15/16, but received no code. The ROTR promo page had no link to redeem a code, etc.. MSI USA's twitter account told me to register at MSI then go to Nvidia's site.. but without a code after registering with MSI, going to Nvidia's site is pointless. I don't have a SHIELD Serial Number, either.. So I'm not sure what else to do.

I'm sorry, but no where on any of those pages does it say that MSI provides the codes. In fact, it doesn't say that anywhere.
In the 'how to redeem' page,  if you look closely, you can see that all the screenshots are blurred out XSplit Casting screenshots. 
After dealing with other users, they had to contact the retailer they bought it from to get the codes, not MSI.

Simply put, there is nothing anyone *HERE* can do to help you, and continuing to argue here will do nothing to help you. The best I can say is to contact your retailer or contact MSI.
