I got two defective MSI MAG 273QP QD-OLED X24

Nothing to do, the screen turns on but won’t show anything. It happened to me twice: the first time after 3 weeks, in the morning when I turned it on, and the second time after a month after I enabled HDR. The screen died no menu, no msi logo again just nothing.
Both of my monitor firmware versions were updated to the last version of 2026-03-16
Also, there’s a slight difference with the second one, sometimes when I boot it up, the msi logo appears, but after that there’s no “no signal detected” message, and when I connect it to my PC, nothing happens.
Do you have any idea how to fix this? I can keep the second one until the 26th before returning it.

The chance of getting 2 defective product is really low. Did you try different source (console if you have)? cables? video port?
If you still have chance to return it, you should just do it right away as you cannot figure out what the problem is.
