First BIOS release is the best, B3. The other two enables a Stop thing for the processor that makes temps go up.

Do not have D.O.T. enabled if you want to do other things in BIOS. For the same reason, use Optimized' setting. You find both things in Cell menue.

Please don't keep posting the same question in multiple topics.

Before you even consider overclocking, you should ensure your system is stable at stock settings. Also you'd be foolish to attempt a BIOS update on an unstable system.
