I need help with offset/override vcore to undervolt my Ryzen 5 2600.

Hello. I use for 24/7 gaming/rendering 1.1375 vcore override voltage and 37 CPU Ratio (3700 MHz) on my Ryzen 5 2600 and i read a lot of articles about Offset vcore and people say that it's much better for undervolting because vcore will be less and it will be good for temperatures. So can u help me understand please how i need to undervolt my Ryzen 5 2600 by using offset settings if its really better for undervolting and less temperatures.

P.S. I did 37 cpu ratio and 1.1375 because my temperatures before these settings jumped about from 35 to 55 on desktop when i used just stock settings.

I use Intel most of the time (so my knowledge on AMD is a bit less), but last i heard, it's better to set a lower PPT limit, it's more efficient than undervolting:
