I need help with wrong firmware update

Hi,

I just bought the 322URX monitor today and when searching for the firmware I wrongly download the firmware for 321URX.
Now the monitor doesn't work, just black screen, PC doesn't detect any monitor.
Can it be fixed or is it bricked permanently?

Hi

Try to unplug the monitor from power for 30 mins. If it still doesn't start then it's a brick and time for RMA.

I bought new one. Should I still update the firmware? Can someone recommend a valid update steps for this exact monitor (MPG 322URX)?
  1. - Which one should I select? Scaler? MCU? I saw there are two firmwares: Scaler - Firmware and MCU - Firmware. The Scaler has version (FW.011), the MCU doesn't.
